With the final wave of training underway, we quickly pivoted in under 72 hours, shifting all materials and trainers to webcast delivery.

Thanks to our agile team and the support of local agencies, we pulled off multiple daily webcast training sessions, reaching hundreds of staff and keeping the project on track despite the challenges.
