SolutionsWest teamed up with Deloitte to help roll out the California Statewide Automated Welfare (CalSAWS) system.

We developed training materials and delivered live instructor-led training for the CalWIN counties transitioning to CalSAWS, the largest Integrated Eligibility system in the country.

Our training blended instructor-led classroom sessions with system training, inclusive of unique county business processes. We used fresh new training methods like microlearning and gamification to keep things interesting for everyone.
